INTRO BUST
Welcome to DOUBLE CROSS - an online fanzine dedicated to the hardcore we love... past, present, and future. The goal is classic fanzine vibe and content, with stories, interviews, photos and more - updated every day through the week. While this might be a "blog," we want it to go beyond what that term typically represents.
And while we are undoubtedly straight edge and will put the best straight edge bands at the heart of this site, in no way does that mean we won't be featuring all of of our other favorite hardcore bands here as well.
Check out the below links for more info on us, as well as what we have been putting up here since beginning construction in March '08. Get in touch if you wanna contribute or just say what's up.

Flyer #2 = my first show.
I was at that Suicidal/Leeway show. A ton of hc kids left after Leeway, leaving mostly metallers to watch ST. I felt kinda bad because you could see the crowd thin out.
I was at that Judge/Moondog show---good times!
I remember the ST Carnivore show as well. It was miserable and raining. Also, the Friday lineup got moved to SAturday. I don't think they even played Friday. Well it was a bit disturbing to show up expecting Warzon, YOT and Underdog and walking into Pete Steele singing "angry Neurotic Catholics". I also remember how ridiculous Mike Muir looked. Tube socks, almost there goatee, and throwing his weight around. I believe it was the first time they played the east coast in a long time. Join the Army was way different than the Frontier record.
Anyone know what Affirmative Action sounds like or if they ever recorded anything?
Man that is the perfect show poster for Bold. Those guys totally had elephantaisis of the sneakers.
if i remember correctly, moondog didn't play that judge show... well as the original moondog .. it was something closer to the quicksandish lineup.
i think head on on that bold flyer were that RHCP type band that played the anthrax every weekend from midstate NY (ie poughkeepsie)...
funhouse on that All/Pressure Release flyer were members of pressure release and some other scenesters from their circle.. no?
I am thoroughly convinced in this said post. I am currently searching for ways in which I could enhance my knowledge in this said topic you have posted here. It does help me a lot knowing that you have shared this information here freely. I love the way the people here interact and shared their opinions too. I would love to track your future posts pertaining to the said topic we are able to read.
Thanks for taking the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about information and love learning more on this. If possible, as you gain expertise, It is extremely helpful for me. would you mind updating your blog with more information
