INTRO BUST
Welcome to DOUBLE CROSS - an online fanzine dedicated to the hardcore we love... past, present, and future. The goal is classic fanzine vibe and content, with stories, interviews, photos and more - updated every day through the week. While this might be a "blog," we want it to go beyond what that term typically represents.
And while we are undoubtedly straight edge and will put the best straight edge bands at the heart of this site, in no way does that mean we won't be featuring all of of our other favorite hardcore bands here as well.
Check out the below links for more info on us, as well as what we have been putting up here since beginning construction in March '08. Get in touch if you wanna contribute or just say what's up.

If a band came out like that nowadays, where they were 1000% committed to communicating every single syllable of every lyric of every song, and stood behind the songs and spoke about them with that kind of passion, and most importantly, in addition to all that, actually had GOOD songs, it would change the game for sure.
Hey, I shot that video! Then I foolishly sent my original to Susan Wills in 1997 for the Rev doc that never was. And never saw my VHS tape again.
I know this sounds cliche, but that set changed my life. I watched it (and the Quicksand set I also shot that night) hundreds of times. The energy in this Inside Out set was amazing.
THAT IS SOME REAL FUCKING SHIT RIGHT THERE. WOW.
I was lucky enough to be at this show and this is the first time I've seen any footage from the Inside Out set. So awesome to see this—it brought back vivid memories of an incredible night at City Gardens.
I seem to remember seeing inside out twice at city gardens but could be wrong - is this the show he knocked himself out on the drum riser?
